บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์สำหรับสถานประกอบการขนาดเล็ก โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนายจ้าง 6 คน พนักงาน 60 คน บุคลากรหน่วยงานรัฐ 2 คน ผู้นำชุมชน 2 คน และประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ใกล้เคียง 2 คน การสุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีเลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายและอิงดุลยพินิจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทำโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ SWOT ตามดัชนีตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จแบบสมดุล ได้แก่ มาตรการความปลอดภัย บรรยากาศความปลอดภัย และปัจจัยคุกคามสุขภาพจากการทำงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) การดำเนินงานด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย 2) การกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์ในการดำเนินงาน และ 3) การนำมาตรฐานสากลมาใช้ การประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.75 และการประเมินคู่มือการใช้งานมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.87 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.51 อยู่ในระดับดี องค์ความรู้จากการวิจัยสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนาระบบความปลอดภัยในสถานประกอบการขนาดเล็ก เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตแรงงานและส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยอย่างยั่งยืน
