Focus and Scope

Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE) publishes research in engineering and the physical sciences that represent advances in agriculture and biological systems for sustainable developments in soil and water, land use, bioproduction processes and processing, machines and mechanization system, equipment and buildings, and logistics. Papers may report the results of experiments, theoretical analyses, development, design, innovations, analytical techniques, and instrumentation.

 

Peer Review Process

Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE) was published by the Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University (KKU), the journal was committed to provide academic and research works in Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE)

All submitted manuscripts must be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers via the double-blinded review system. 

 

Publication Frequency

The Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE) is a monthly journal circulated every three months: January – March, April – June, July – September, and October - December by the Faculty of Engineering at Khon Kaen University. Its purpose is to promote and disseminate knowledge, academic work and research in engineering and the physical sciences that represent advances in agriculture and biological systems. Copies of the journals are sent to different academic institutions in the country. All articles to be published must be approved by experts in their related fields and have all rights reserved under the Patent Act of 1994. 

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

- Creative Commons Copyright License

The journal allows readers to download and share all published articles as long as they properly cite such articles; however, they cannot change them or use them commercially. This is classified as CC BY-NC-ND for the creative commons license. 

- Retention of Copyright and Publishing Rights

The journal allows the authors of the published articles to hold copyrights and publishing rights without restrictions.

 

Publication charges

There are no charges to submit and publish all types of articles in the ABE journal. All articles published in our journal are open access and are freely and widely available to all readers via the journal website.
