Abstract

In this paper, we provide an NM/ND/1 queuing model with an infinite limit based on the neutrosophic environment. Both the entry and utility rates are represented in terms of single valued neutrosophic trapezoidal numbers (SVTNN). The performance measures of the proposed model are evaluated using the DSW approach and (α, β, γ)-cut approach. A numerical example pertaining to a single valued trapezoidal neutrosophic number is obtained for different values of α, β, γ.
