Organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have gained significant attention recently. However, the moisture and thermal instability have still been their intensive weakness to prohibit their commercialization. Substituting organic cations in PSCs with inorganic ones is the most promising solution to this deterioration problem due to their moisture endurance characteristics. In this study, the inorganic halide perovskite solar cell CsPbI2Br was investigated for the improvement of the performance stability via bromide doping. The bromide doping concentration was varied within a range of 0 to 0.05 ml through the hydrobromic acid (HBr) addition to observing the effect of bromide doping content on the solar cell performance. The film samples were prepared using the spin coating technique and structurally investigated using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique and Raman Spectroscopy. In addition, UV-Vis spectroscopy and energy band gap were also examined. It was found that the hydrobromic acid addition effectively prolonged the deterioration of the perovskite layer.
