Announcement: Conference Announcement – 6th International Conference on Food Properties (ICFP6)

Science and Engineering Connect is pleased to announce the 6^th International Conference on Food Properties (ICFP6), which will be held from January 29-30, 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.

ICFP 2026 continues to serve the original philosophy of the ICFP series, which was inititated in 2014. The Conference aims to provide a dynamic platform for sharing innovative ideas and research breakthroughs in the physicochemical, kinetic, sensory and health-related properties of foods. ICFE 2026 will focus in particular on the cutting-edge themes, including artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, food structure, future foods and health functionality.
